3 Ways To Enhance Your Evening Skincare Routine

Your evening skin routine is by far the most important part of your skin care regimen. This is a part of your routine that you’re allowed to indulge and really use products and ingredients that helps rebuild your skin barrier, heal your skin from excessive exfoliation, and give your skin the nutrients it needs to repair it self while you sleep.

Here are three simple ways that you can enhance your evening skincare routine!

#1. 2-Hour Rule

There is no point of doing this luxurious skin care routine if all of it is getting rubbed off your face. Do you skin care routine at least two hours before bed to make sure your skin care doesn’t rub off on your pillow as you sleep. It is easy as that.

#2. Cleanse Your Skin Longer 

Cleansers are often packed with amazing ingredients but they are the type of product that stays on your skin for the least amount of time. You need to give them time in order for them to work. Cleanse for 1 - 2 minutes and or them on for two minutes as a mask. Do this for one week and your skin will be brighter, softer, smoother and clearer. 

#3. Cool Rinsing

We all love a nice hot shower, hot bath, hot rinse. But it can be drawing out your skin. Rinse your skin with cool water to increase blood flow. While your pores DO NOT open and close, it will help the temporarily tighten the skin and give you a healthy glow.
