November 2019 Bullet Journal Spread

Its that time again for a new bujo spread. The month of October has brought us so many things to be thankful for and now stepping into November, it serves as a period of gratitude and remembrance. At least it does for me.

This spread was inspired by an image I saw on Pinterest (as always) and I created a theme around it. My bujo style is minimalist and monochromatic so you’ll see that in the spread.

Materials

  • Tomboy Dual Tip Markers

  • Sharpie Fine Point Pen

L E T S G O !

In Toronto, lately we haven’t gotten snow as of yet so I wanted to keep the ambiance very fall-like. What came to mind immediately was the trees. As I’ve said before, I typically draw in variations of grey but I like to add images to bring some more colour and stylistic elements to the spread as you can see with my cover page.

This is the first time that I have done a vertical calendar. It will take some time to et used to but I like it so far. I did also add a new section for my monthly goals. On the right, I have my habit tracker. Pretty simple. I haven’t really modified it in a while. Don’t fix what isn’t broken - am I right?

Here we have another revolving spread. To the top left, this is where I organize my content creation for both my blog and my YouTube channel.

I started getting into tarot so I created a section to note my monthly themes.

On the right side, I have begun tracking the moon cycle. I do tarot/oracle spreads at each moon phase and it helps me keep track of my monthly goals.

ON TO THE WEEKLY SPREADS

I know some people like to draw out their spreads on a weekly basis but for me, with a full time job, and a full time entrepreneurial job, I don’t have the time to sit down every week and draw out a spread. I choose a theme I like and get to work in one sitting. I’ve been trying out this quadrant spread and I really like it. It;s simple, easy to do and gives me tons of space to write everyday.

I also like to put images in my spreads as I mentioned and quotes as little reminders. The weekly spreads all pretty much look the same so I’ll just show the quotes.
