June Bullet Journal Set Up 2019

JUNE is my birth month so I wanted to do a spread that was simple, refreshing, and calming for the hectic month ahead. I don’t know exactly what my bujo style is as of yet but I know that I like to keep my journal minimalistic and I love the subtle touch of black and white.

I used to use so many colours in my spreads for 2018 which is beautiful to look at, but as my days get more packed it can be a bit time-consuming. I’m trying to find a style that really suits me. Keeping up with the black and white theme I have for 2019, I continued with that trend for June.

To jazz it up a bit, I decided to add more photos and quotes that suited the spread.

I saw this border on Pinterest and decided to base my entire spread around the idea.

I’ve never done a monthly spread like this before, I typically have the days of the month a lot bigger but I don’t have a lot of room for a to-do list. Because this month is going to be very busy for me, I gave myself a little more space.

I also switched up my habit tracker this month for the first time since I’ve started journaling (a little over a year). I figured it was time since I’ve been recording these habits for a very long time so I was in dire need of a rearrangement to make my habits suit my lifestyle and my current goals.

As I mentioned, with all the birthday planning this month is going to be a bit hectic. To make life easier for myself, I decided to do a weekly spread that I could get done all at once. I haven’t done this spread all year so I did a Dutch door.

On the side I still had a bit of space for a nice shopping list as well.
