I’ve been seeing this spread all over Pinterest and I had never done it before. My friend actually brought it to my attention because he and his wife were starting one between themselves and he inspired me to give it a try. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just a simple Year in Pixel grid to allow you to express your emotions in the smallest way. I think it will be interesting to see at the end of the year, what your year looked like. The ups and downs are both important.

My legend consists of 7 colours. I used my TOMBOW Dual Brush Pens to illustrate my emotions like so:

• 95 Amazing, Fantastic Day

• 89 Really good, lovely day

• 75 Content, productive, satisfying day

• 65 Average, uneventful, ordinary day

• 60 Low energy, exhausting day

• 55 Gloomy, sad, sick day

• 45 Frustrating, stressful day
