Week 6 UMC: Unconventional DIY

Unconventional DIY

AHH, a really cheap way to get that mirror glass skin. DIYs are favourites of mine. I love the thought of using ingredients that are good for you (an you can pronounce) already in your fridge to boost your beauty routine.

NOW, THERE are tons of basic DIY's all over the internet so this week's challenge is using an unconventional ingredient into a mask. Today we're using spinach! That's right. Not only is spinach super good for your body internally but it can also be topically applied to get fast results.

SPINACH, as with most deeply pigmented foods, is loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin E, A, and C which are known essentials for maintaining healthy skin cells. It also helps to stimulate blood circulation, tones the facial muscles and keeps the skin's elasticity in tact.

How to make the DIY Spinach Face Mask!

NOW THAT you know all the good it does, let get into putting on our face!

xoxo
