REVIEW: Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream

Review: Naturium Niacinamide 3% Cleansing Gelée
This cleanser retails for $18 USD on their website which is pretty affordable. It has quite an interesting jelly texture and emulsifies into a creamy lather. The directions say that you can leave it on for 5 minutes as a mask to get the most out of the Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C in the cleanser. We love a multi-use product!
